Athletics at Union

Union athletic programs continue their winning tradition throughout the NAIA. Since the start of this decade, Union has boasted NAIA National tournament team appearances in volleyball, women's basketball, men's basketball, softball, baseball and men's and women's cross country. Individuals have qualified for NAIA National Tournaments in men's and women's cross country and men's golf. The Union Lady Bulldog basketball team captured back-to-back titles in 2005 and 2006, and another in 2009 to add to their 1998 national championship. In addition to these national honors, Union has also captured the TranSouth Conference All Sports Trophy seven times since the 2001-02 season (2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009).
