Kristy Johnson began working at Union as the head trainer for the Union University Athletic Department in the August of 2006. She comes to Jackson from her home in Montague, California.
Johnson earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Oregon University in 2001 in Athletic Training. For her academic efforts, she graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi. In 2005, she completed her Masters degree in Arts Health from Southern Oregon.
After graduating from Southern Oregon, Johnson has been working as the Assistant Athletic Trainer. In 1999, she was named the Student Athletic Trainer of the Year.
