Brooks Scores 1000th Career Point as
a Bulldog
Jackson, TN—Anthony Brooks,
the Bulldog’s center, scored his 1000th career point
in the season opener. Brooks needed began the season needing only
15 points to reach the milestone, and against Williams Baptist
College, he scored 16 points. Anthony is a senior from Bethel
Springs, TN. He played his high school ball at Adamsville High
School under head coach Greg Martin.
Brooks is currently at 1108 career points. He leads the
Bulldogs in scoring, averaging 20.5 points per game. Brooks is
also second on the team in rebounds and blocks. Last Tuesday
against Arkansas Baptist, Anthony tallied his career high as he
scored 33 points on 14 of 18 shooting, including 2 of 4 from
three-point range.
