NASHVILLE, Tenn. - 10/4/2011 - Andrew Knight of Union University has been named the TranSouth Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week for the week ending October 2, 2011.
Knight, a 6-foot freshman from Princeton, Ky., posted his first college victory in just his second collegiate tournament. Knight shot a 74 at the Union Fall Invitational on a course, the Jackson National Golf Club, which played to a par of 72 over 7011 yards. There were six teams and 55 golfers competing.
