JACKSON, Tenn. - 4/27/2004 - The Union University baseball teams has added Munford, Tenn. native and current Southwest Tennessee Community College pitcher Charlie Ligon. While at Munford High School, Ligon played both baseball and basketball. In his senior year at Munford, he was 3-3 with a 1.30 ERA, 39 strikeouts, and 43 innings pitched. He was a two-time All-District at Munford. Ligon also played summer league baseball for Dulins Dodgers in the summer of 2001.
