JACKSON, Tenn. - 6/25/2007 - JACKSON, Tenn. – The Union University Lady Bulldog soccer program continues to build its player base going into their third varsity season with the addition of Kelly Bogdanovich. Bogdanovich will join Union this fall as a freshman.
Bogdanovich, a 5-foot-10 defender from Las Vegas, Nevada, comes to Union after a very successful club soccer career. She helped lead her Rebels Select team to Nevada State Titles in 2003 and 2005, while finishing as a finalist in 2007. Bogdanovich played for the RedHots Soccer Club who claimed the state title in 2000. She was named Team Co-Captain for three seasons. Union head coach Brandon Boylan states, “Kelly is a solid defender who has had some great coaching at the club level. She will fit in great with our team as well as the university.” Boylan adds, “We are looking forward to having Kelly be a part of our program.”
