• Gladys is back for her senior season with Union as a very talented and athletic player. Gladys gives Union strong attacking and great blocking skills.. She led the team 905 kills and 226 blocks. She spent the summer training and playing in the 2004 Summer Olympics with her home country of Kenya. This was her second straight Olympic games. As a junior at Union, she was named both the TranSouth Conference and NAIA Region XI Player of the Year, along with being named an NAIA All-American.
  Before Union Gladys was named an All-American during in 2001 and 2002 at Lee College (Texas) in the junior college level.

• Gladys is a junior college transfer middle hitter from Lee College in Texas…she will be an impact player in the NAIA and will add a lot of strength to both our offensive and defensive front row…outstanding attacker and blocker.
