#15 Brady Sheppard
FR, 6-1, 160
Hometown: Milan, Tenn.
Previous School: Milan HS

It is great to have a guy like Brady on our team. I am so thankful that he chose to come and be a part of what we are doing here at Union. Whether he knows it or not, he plays and will continue to play a huge role on our team. Brady is a young man of high character and that carries over onto how he practices and plays each day. In everything he does, we see great effort. He picks up on everything we teach the first time through…a true coach’s son. He is getting better every day and I am excited to see how he progresses over the next four years!

Before Union: Sheppard prepped at Milan High School where he played basketball and football. He was named game captain, all-academic, all-district, all-district tournament and all-region following his senior year. Sheppard was also named Milan's Most Valuable Offensive Player and was selected to the West Tennessee All-Star Game. He averaged 11.3 points per game while making 57 three pointers as a senior. Sheppard shot 85 percent from the free throw line, 52 percent from the field and 44 percent from behind the arc. In 2006, he helped lead his team to the Gibson County Christmas Tournament Championship. Off the court, Sheppard was a four-time Academic Excellence award winner, three-time scholar athlete, Boys State delegate and a Destination Imagination State and Global finalist. Sheppard is the son of Todd and Kellye Sheppard.
