Before Union: Rawls played four seasons of soccer at Christian Brothers High School in Memphis. He helped lead his team to three straight Division II State Runner-Up finishes from 2006-2008. He was named All-Region as a senior and was voted team captain as a sophomore and senior. Rawls also led his team in assists as a senior. Rawls played club soccer for Memphis Futbol Club. His team placed second in the Gothia Cup (Sweden) in 2007 and was the MFC State Runner-Up in 2006. Off the field, Rawls was a first honor roll student and a member of the Spanish Club and Latin Club. Rawls’ older sister Emily was a four-year player for the women’s varsity soccer team.
