Before Union: White prepped at Vestavia Hills (Ala.) High School where he played defensive center for the soccer team. In 2011, his high school team was ranked No. 1 in the nation for over two months by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. That team finished with a 30-1 record. White was also successful in club soccer. He won four Division I Tennessee Cup titles with the Tennessee Rush Soccer Club, started 32 consecutive games for the Tennessee Olympic Development team, selected by Hawaii Rush to play in the Manchester United Premier Cup, and was a four-year starter in the United State Youth Soccer Association Championship Tournament. Off the field, White is active in church youth group and served as a small group leader at youth camp.
