three-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball, and softball...was
named Most Valuable Player in both 1996 and 1997 in softball...was
named Black Diamond All-Conference twice...career batting average

team All-TranSouth Conference and MidSouth Region...was named
MidSouth Region Pitcher of the Year...led the nation in wins with
33 and was second in strikeouts with 282...was a record setting
pitcher at Herrin who helped lead the team to an Illinois State
Runner-Up title in 1998...comes from the alma mater of Union
All-American Lynde Capogreco...in her senior season at HHS she was
named First Team All-Conference, All-South, and All-State
Tournament...earned Most Valuable Player honors and was a member
of the Super 60 All-Star Team in Chicago...was privileged to be
one of 17 chosen to participate with the Spirit of Chicago
Foundation where she traveled to Holland to play...in her senior
