Holly holds the season and career records for stolen bases at Union. She has started every game over the three years of her career. Holly is a great defensive outfielder and a good hitter with tremendous speed.
Union Career. (2003)...hit .324 with 45 runs, team-high 59 hits, 7 doubles, and 44-of-48 stolen bases; set the school record with her 44 steals; named NAIA All-Region and All-Conference. (2004)...hit .332 with 45 runs, 66 hits, 13 RBI, and 41-of-45 stolen bases; named All-Conference and All-Region. (2005)..hit .370 with 71 hits, three triples; stole 55-of-59 bases to keep adding to her school record; was named All-Conference, All-Region, All-American, and NAIA Scholar Athlete.

Before Union: Haycraft played three sports at Dyersburg High School including softball, soccer, and basketball. She helped lead her basketball team to the 1999-2000 District 14AAA Championship. Haycraft also propelled her soccer team to the 2001-02 District 13AAA Title. In softball, she was a two-time All-State, two-time All-District and was named an All-American as a junior. As a senior, Haycraft broke her high school's stolen base record with her 75 during that season. She hit .875 with 75 stolen bases, and a .850 on-base-percentage. Haycraft hit .650 as a junior and .400 as a sophomore. Off the field, Haycraft was a four-year honor roll student and was named Who's Who Among American High School Students.
