Season Outlook

Union is beginning the second year of the cross country program.  Head Coach Gary Johnson has begun to build the foundation necessary for his team to be competitive year in and year out.  The Lady Bulldogs began the process by finishing 2nd in the TranSouth Conference last season.  This season's goals are not only to remain competitive, but to take it one step further and begin to compete for championships. 

Union has 5 retuning runners from last season's team including All-Conference Sophomore, Alexix Anbey.  Juniors Michelle Hardee, Allyson Wright, and Allyson Liberto along with sophomore Tatjana Nugmanowa, will also be asked to produce this season.

New to the Lady Bulldog team this season are junior Jessica Worrell, sophomore Jamie Thomas, and freshman Heidi Wiersma, Laura Davidson, Jennifer Koonce, and Crystal Eldridge.  Each of these will able to prove their spot in this young team, as well as, this young Union program.
