Ministry Research Library

The library at the Stephen Olford Center contains a treasury of resources for Pastors as well as those working on ministry projects, or teachers teaching small groups or Sunday school classes.

The library consists of The T.S. Rendall Collection containing 32,500 volumes from Dr. Ted S. Rendall's personal library. This collection is primarily a biblical and theological library. The contents include:

• Biblical commentaries and Biblical dictionaries; both sets and monographs(single volumes)
• Current resources covering contemporary issues in theology
• A special collection on evangelism and revival
• Resources on hermeneutics and homiletics
• Hundreds of volumes of sermons from such preachers as G.C. Morgan, F.B. Meyer, C.S. Spurgeon, Thomas Guthrie, Vance Havner, C. Chappell and many others
• Resources on topics such as apologetics, church history, and practical theological issues such as missions, marriage, the family, stewardship, etc.

In addition to the T.S. Rendall Collection, the library contains books and resources from Dr. Stephen Olford's library and from his archives of messages and lectures.

The library also is part of Union University's library system. Students can obtain books from the system for their own use.

The use of the library is free and while it is not a lending library, it is beneficial for research and other projects. You are welcome to browse, do research, read or study in this quiet atmosphere.
