The Responsible Use Group will focus on training, policy, and promotion issues. We want all employees to know how to use the resources they have, such as how to do a footnote in Word, copy files using the Windows or Mac operating system, etc. We also want everyone to know policies that guide safe, secure, ethical, and appropriate uses of the resources, such as password change frequency. Promoting training opportunities and policies is critical in this process.
