Department Promotes History Education Program at Fall Reception

The history department promoted its middle and high school history education program with a reception and special speaker on November 11, 2008. Dr. Judy LeForge, the department’s history education program advisor, organized the event, and 2007 Union University graduate Jared Myracle, a history teacher and soccer coach at Gibson County High School, made a presentation about his experiences as both a middle school teacher in 2007-2008 and high school teacher now. Twelve people attended the event.
