Phi Alpha Theta Cheers on Union’s Basketball Teams
Feb 13, 2010 - Union University’s Delta-Psi Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society sponsored a Bulldogs Basketball Day on Saturday, February 13, 2010. Chapter President Noah Arnold launched the idea, and he encouraged Delta-Psi members to wear their red Phi Alpha Theta T-shirts to the games. Fifteen people joined in the event, and they saw Union’s Lady Bulldogs defeat the Freed-Hardeman University Lady Lions by a score of 68 to 59, and the Union men’s team beat Freed-Hardeman 69 to 60. In addition to cheering on Union’s basketball teams, Delta-Psi participants enjoyed homemade red velvet cupcakes in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
