Phi Alpha Theta Holds Annual Franco-American Bake and Confection Sale
Mar 17, 2007
The Delta-Psi Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society held
its Third Annual Franco-American Bake and Confection Sale on March 16,
2007. Dr. Alice-Catherine Carls provided several French items, including
homemade croissants, dark and white chocolate truffles, and Madeleine
cookies, while Phi Alpha Theta members and others provided a wide range
of cookies, candies, and dessert specialties. The sale, which involved
customer donations, attracted considerable interest from Union faculty,
staff, and students.

Mrs. Lisa Cooper, a secretary in the College of Arts and Sciences, puts
together a sack of cookies for a bake sale customer, while Phi Alpha
Theta member Mary Beth Johnson watches.
