The WTRSF will be Thursday, April 10, 2003, at Union University's DeLay Gymnasium The Awards Ceremony will be held that evening in Coburn Dining Hall 42nd Annual WTRSF Agenda 7:30 - 8:45 a.m.: Registration and display set-up 8:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Special program for WTRSF participants 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.: Judges' orientation 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Preliminary evaluation by judges 10:00 a.m. - Noon: Judging of all projects with students present Noon - 1:15 p.m.: Judges' luncheon 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Exhibits open to public 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.: Awards ceremony 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.: Dismantling of science fair projects If you'd like to learn about the West Tennessee Regional Science Fair, email Marlyn Newhouse or Glenn Marsch.
