Fair Day Agenda 7:30 - 8:45 a.m.: Registration and display set-up 8:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Special program for WTRSF participants 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.: Judges' orientation 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Preliminary evaluation by judges 10:00 a.m. - Noon: Judging of all
projects with Noon - 1:15 p.m.: Judges' luncheon 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Exhibits open to public 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.: Awards ceremony 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.: Dismantling of science fair projects

Everyone must have entry form, 2 abstracts, 1A and 1B. Work done at an industrial/institutional setting - Form 1C. Pathogenic agents/controlled substances - Use forms 2 or 3. Human subjects work - forms 4A and 4B. Nonhuman vertebrates studies - Use form 5. Human and animal tissue work - Use form 6 and perhaps forms 2 and 3. Recombinant DNA work - Perhaps forms 2 and 3. When in doubt, consult the SRC before performing experiments!
