WebAdvisor

WebAdvisor allows you to access a variety of university services. The set of services available to you depends on the role(s) you have within the university.

• Students have access to grades, GPA, unofficial transcript, test summary (CLEP, etc.), class schedule, class search/registration, bill payment, financial aid award information and more.
• Faculty members have access to their advisee list, class rosters, grade entry, student lookup, textbook info and more.
• Employees (faculty and staff members) have access to electronic pay stubs ("pay advices"), IRS W-2 setup/view and more.
• Budget managers have access to budget limits and year-to-date expenditure amounts.
• Prospective students can search for courses.

WebAdvisor is part of Union's central administrative database known as Datatel Colleague.

There are two ways you can access WebAdvisor:

• (Effective fall 2011 for students; effective now for all others) After you log into portal.uu.edu you will have immediate access to WebAdvisor services on your portal home page. This also gives you direct access to other resources (for example, e-mail) that would each require a separate login otherwise.
• Students, faculty members, and staff members can go to webadvisor.uu.edu. It requires you to log in each time you use this website. (Exception: Prospective students do not have to log in to search for courses; however, they are not able to register online.)
