Overdues
Three overdue notices will be
sent to students via email. If the item is not returned after being
overdue for a month, the item is automatically declared lost and a $50.00
lost item fee and $10.00 handling fee will be assessed. A student's I.D.
is blocked if there are three or more items checked out which are overdue,
or if there are unpaid fines in excess of $10.00. The student must return
the books and pay the fines before charging any more materials.
Alumni and guests may not
check out additional materials until all overdue books have been returned
and fines paid.
Fines
Fines are charged to
students, alumni and guests at the following rates.
