JACKSON, Tenn. – Feb. 15, 2006 – The deadline for those wishing to enter projects in the West Tennessee Regional Science Fair is March 3, according to fair director Marlyn Newhouse.
Entry forms for local fair winners are available for download from the science fair’s web site at www.uu.edu/events/wtrsf. An entry fee of $5 per project applies. Team projects may have up to three students involved.
Newhouse also said some projects may require additional forms from the International Science and Engineering Fair rulebook. Contact her for a copy if needed.
The regional science fair will be held March 31 at Union University, and students have to win at least one local science fair in order to compete. Newhouse said home schooled students are welcome to compete, and she can provide a list of local home school science fairs.
For more information, contact Newhouse at (731) 661-5295 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

The wellness center will open at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m., and the aquatic center will be open from 1-3 p.m.
