Part Time Youth Minister at Harvest Baptist Church

Description:
Ministry Description: The Minister of youth in cooperation with the Senior pastor shall assist in providing pastoral care and visitation support. He shall be plan, organize and execute ministry for students 7th-12th grade. He should coordinate with the youth committee events and outreach designed to foster an environment of spiritual growth. He shall in the absence of the pastor and when directed be able to preach as needed.

Requirements: Should be teachable and able to be part of a team Should be willing to attend staff meetings and service planning meetings Should have an ability to communicate the gospel in a meaningful way to parents and students. Should understand youth ministry and its role in the life of the church.
