Can you describe a typical tutoring session? The session will begin with an informal discussion about your class, major, and academic frustrations. We use an inquiry based system to help figure out what each individual student needs to meet their academic goals. The tutor exists to provide direction, encouragement, and clarity. Our primary goal, however, is to create independent learners.
What should I bring to my tutoring session? Please bring any and all materials related to your class (book, notes, homework, etc.) |
