The Road to Becoming A High School Principal

Lesson Objective: Undergraduate students will determine job requirements and benefits to becoming a principal on a secondary level.  In addition, candidates will apply tools enhancing their own professional growth and productivity.  They will use technology in communicating, collaborating, conducting research, and solving problems.
Statement of Problem: Many African American teachers do not go on to make principal, especially on a secondary level.  In-depth research and activity is needed to further understand this phenomenon. Minorities in School Administration
