To create your design document:

   
To create columns in word: Choose format from the tool bar, then columns and select the
number of columns you would like.  Select OK.
   
To copy pictures: Right click on the picture, select save picture as.  Choose a
destination to save the picture and click Save.
   
To insert the pictures into Word: Select insert from the title bar, select picture and then from file.
Find the picture you saved and hit insert. 
   
To copy the URL: Highlight the URL address on the tool bar, then right click and
select copy.  Position the cursor in the word document where you
would like to place the address, and hit CTRL - V or select Edit
and paste from the tool bar.
   
To create a Header in Word: Click View on the tool bar and select header and footer.  Type the required
information in the header box.
