For Grade 5.

To earn a ticket aboard the freedom train, you must explore the websites given and complete the objectives. 

You will be working in groups to visit some websites to learn about the period surrounding the Civil War, slavery and the Underground Railroad.  You will create a PowerPoint slide show of your findings, write an original spiritual song, and pretend to be a slave.
