Using Excel, open a new worksheet and go to File and save as Lemonade Sales and your name to my documents. Example: Lemonade Sales Kristy. Create a spreadsheet with the following specifications:
Input these headings in bold type in cells A1, B1, C1, D1, and E1: Name, # of cups, Cost, Amt Tendered, Amt of Change.
Input these names in cells A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, and A7: Kristy, Sarita, Karen, Patty, John, and Chris.
Adjust the column width by moving the curser across the top line until it becomes a pointed cross. Press the left mouse button, hold it down, and drag the line to the right or left to change the width of the column. Adjust the column width so that you can read all of the text.
Adjust the row height by moving the curser to the far left where the row numbers are located until it becomes a pointed cross. Press the left mouse button, hold it down, and drag the line to the top or bottom to change the height of the row. Adjust the row height.
Enter the following information in appropriate columns:

Calculate the amount of change you would give to each person and type it in the change column.
When you have finished calculating the change for each customer, you want to determine how much money you made. Click on cell C2, highlight and drag cursor to cell C8 then click the auto sum icon at the top of the page. How much money did you make?
Save your spreadsheet by going to File and Save.
Click on File and go to Page Set-up, Sheet, and check Gridlines under Print heading and then click OK.
Click on Print Icon and turn in your completed spreadsheet.
