Recycling @ Union

Dear Union Students, Faculty and Staff:

In January 2009, Union launched our campus wide recycling campaign! Union now recycles paper (not magazines or newspaper at this time), plastics with the #1 and #2 inside the triangle (you'll notice the triangles on the bottom of your bottles) empty (please!) aluminum cans and cardboard. Thank you so much for your incredible support of this program! Please use this page to answer some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about the program. Soon we will have data about our progress, information about our student leadership team, and recycling facts and ideas about we can continue to move towards a more sustainable campus! If you have any questions or ideas, please do not hesitate to contact Kimberly Thornbury, Ph.D. Vice President for Student Services and Dean of Students at kthornbu@uu.edu or 731.661.5090 Meanwhile, I hope to catch you "green handed!"

Warmly,
Kimberly Thornbury, Ph.D
