Contact: Angela TerryOur Ministry: Student Life is an inter-denominational ministry that exists to help people know Christ through His Word. We accomplish this by offering Gospel-centered, high energy summer camps and youth conferences year round.
This upcoming spring, we will actually be holding a Student Life Conference at Bellevue Baptist, and we would love for you to be a part of it! For each of our conferences, we will be needing a large group of volunteers, college-aged and older, who are willing to give up their Friday night, and most of their Saturday so that thousands of teenagers can hear the Gospel. This is also a great opportunity for those who may be interested in working for Student Life as a part of our summer staff.
The date of the conference is February 22-23. The volunteer schedule is below. No meals or lodging will be provided, but each volunteer will be given a t-shirt to wear over the weekend. The cost to volunteer is completely free, and most volunteers will be able to see parts of the sessions.
There are many jobs that need to be filled for this weekend:
Backstage/Extras: Helping with transitions on stage, assisting the Student Life Production Team with various jobs, possibly running lyrics, and acting as extras for some scenes on stage.
Cameras: Running a camera for every worship service
Parking/Greeting: Managing traffic flow in the parking lot, holding doors open and welcoming groups who arrive, managing traffic flow in the lobbies
Registration: Helping assist at the Registration tables, working with the Student Life Office Staff with various jobs (Friday night only)
Resources: Assisting the Student Life Resources Staff at the Student Life Store in the Lobby, helping collect inventory of the variety of Student Life Items sold.

9:00 a.m. Sessions 2 & 3
1:15 p.m. Volunteer Crew Back
2:00 p.m. Sessions 4 & 5
5:00 p.m. Begin Load Out
