Winter Camps - 2008
Winter Hitting & Pitching Camps

CAMP 1: January 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th (Mondays)
Session #1: Hitting 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Session #2: Pitching 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Session #3: Hitting 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

CAMP 2: January 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th (Tuesdays)
Session #1: Hitting 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Session #2: Pitching 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Session #3: Hitting 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Ages: 8-18
Cost: $85 per session; $135 for two sessions

Summer Camps - 2008

Session I - FUNDAMENTALS - $100
June 16-20 (9:00 am - 12 noon)
Ages 7-15
Individual and small group instruction in fundamentals of the game (hitting, bunting, base running, throwing, infield play, outfield play, pitching, and catching).

Session II - ALL DAY SESSION - $180
June 16-20 (9:00 am - 3:00 pm) lunch provided in the Union cafeteria
Ages 7-15
Morning fundamentals with the afternoon devoted to strategy, game situations, and scrimmages.

Session III - PITCHING - $100
June 23-26 (9:00 am - 11:30 am)
All Ages
Fundamentals of Pitching

Session IV - CATCHING - $100
June 23-26 (9:00 am - 11:30 am)
All Ages
Fundamentals of Catching

Session V - INFIELD PLAY - $100
June 23-26 (9:00 am - 11:30 am)
All Ages
Fundamentals of Infield Play

Session VI - HITTING - $100
June 23-26 (1:00 pm - 3:00 pm)

High School Players Only
Advanced position instruction, weight training, conditioning tips,
arm conditioning and arm care.
