This publication is intended as a
description of the graduate academic programs and activities of Union
University. While it is not an offer to make a contract, it is offered as
a comprehensive description that can serve as a guide for students
contemplating study or already enrolled at Union University.
The administration and faculty believe that the educational and other
programs of the University described in this catalogue are effective and
valuable. The ultimate results of programs offered in terms of
achievement, employment, professional licensing, or other measure, are
dependent on factors outside the programs, such as the personality and
energy of the student, governmental or institutional regulations, and
market conditions. Therefore, except as specifically stated herein, the
University makes no representation or contract that following a particular
course or curriculum will result in specific achievement, employment or
qualification for employment, admission to degree programs, or licensing
for particular professions or occupations.
In compliance with all applicable state and federal law, including
provisions of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Section 504
of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973,Union University does not illegally

its education policies, programs, or activities; or in employment. Under
federal law, the University may discriminate on the basis of religion in

In compliance with its duties under state and federal law, Union
University makes an annual report of campus crime statistics and campus
security policies. These reports are distributed annually to current
students and employees. Prospective students and employees may request
copies of the reports from the Office of Safety and Security.
