6. What do you do if you cannot get a computer to restart or reboot?

Report it to Robin or Elvis.
Unplug it.
Nothing. The next student using it can probably restart it.

8. What do you do when the work demand is low during the shift?

Check the cabinet for low supplies. Write down ordering information and give the list to Robin.
Circulate through the labs, picking up trash.
Goof off because there is absolutely nothing to do.

 

9. What do you do if you cannot finish all of the work before the end of the shift?

Leave a note or stay to speak with the SLA on the next shift.
Call the supervisor to finish it for you.
Don't worry about it, just leave.
