SLAs handle student questions and problems. If you cannot adequately answer or handle a request, ask your supervisor for assistance. The Employee Helpdesk is availble to aid faculty and staff in resolving computer-related problems. This function is handled by full-time Helpdesk personnel. You are not expected to answer Employee Helpdesk questions. Assist employees in learning this process by politely asking them to call the 3300 Employee Helpdesk line. |
