the Software Locator listings posted on the Helpdesk lobby bulletin
board to find out what software is installed on the lab computers. |
 | Sign
and date any handwritten notes for your supervisors. Leave the note
in the supervisor's door mailbox. |
 | If
a student forgets his/her password, ask to see their student ID. Give
your supervisor their name and student ID number. |
 | A
new password will be reset to their original user password. |
 | Ask
any employee who calls the Student Helpdesk number (5400) to call
the Employee Helpdesk number (3300). |
 | Color
copies cost 50 cents per page for students. Print them on the 2500CM
printer located in the Helpdesk lobby. |
 | New
diskettes are sold to students for $1.00 each. |
 | This
