Vendor Participation Opportunities

Vendors are invited to participate in the CCCU Technology Conference at one of the following levels:

Level 1 – Platinum Partner. Includes a half day workshop and a one hour presentation, a table in the vendor area, conference registration for up to 5 persons (all sessions, on campus lodging, and all meals including opening dinner Wednesday evening and Banquet Thursday evening), one AM or PM break sponsorship and conference sessions. Cost $3,000.00

Level 2 – Gold Partner. Includes a half day workshop, a table in vendor area, conference registration for one person (all sessions, on campus lodging, and all meals including opening dinner Wednesday evening and Banquet Thursday evening), one AM or PM break sponsorship and conference sessions. Cost $1,000.00

Level 3 – Silver Partner. Includes a one hour presentation, a table in vendor area, conference registration for one person (all sessions, on campus lodging, and all meals including opening dinner Wednesday evening and Banquet Thursday evening), one AM or PM break sponsorship and conference sessions. Cost $750.00

Level 4Bronze Partner. Includes a one hour presentation and a table in vendor area (no individual meals or lodging included).  Cost $500.00

Level 5 - includes a table in the vendor area and a sponsorship of AM or PM break.  Cost $350.00

Level 6 - includes full conference registration for one person, which includes meals and on campus lodging. Cost $300.00

Vendors are encouraged to set up in the vendor area by Wednesday noon, May 28, and to remain setup through 5 PM on Friday. If you desire to leave your display up on Saturday, it should be taken down by noon.

Included in the above fees are an 8' table, one network connection and one electrical outlet. Vendors are responsible for any additional costs associated with their displays.
