Adjunct Instructor of Family Studies
Union University seeks a qualified individual for the position of Adjunct Instructor of Family Studies.
Union University is a private, coeducational liberal arts-based university offering bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees. The campus is located in Jackson, Tenn. (80 miles northeast of Memphis) with additional campuses in Germantown and Hendersonville, Tenn. Teaching assignments may include any of the following courses: introductory to family studies, theories of families, services for families, early childhood, families from a global perspective, family law and upper-level courses of his or her area of expertise.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in Family Studies or related field or a master’s degree plus 18 hours in the teaching discipline is required. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated teaching experience.
