JACKSON, April 12-- Hotel Accommodations for the 1996 Southern Baptist Convention in New Orleans are available through Union University's office of alumni affairs.
Rooms are available at the Comfort Inn, downtown, walking distance from the Superdome for $68 (single) or $78 (double) plus tax. Accommodations are also available from the Intercontinental Hotel, downtown on St. Charles Avenue, for $95 (single or double) plus tax.
One night's advance deposit or a credit card guarantee must accompany all reservations. Interested individuals should call Union's office of alumni affairs as soon as possible at (901) 661-5209, or write the University at 2447 Highway 45 Bypass, Jackson, TN 38305.
