JACKSON, September 10-- Union University's annual fall revival services are scheduled for Sept. 23-27 in the G.M. Savage Memorial Chapel.
Billy Beacham, president of Student Discipleship Ministries in Fort Worth, Texas, is the week's featured speaker, and Rick Eubanks, minister of music and youth and Crestmont Baptist Church in Burleson, Texas, will lead music.
Beacham, the author of works including Back to the Basics, Everyone Everywhere, Growing in Godliness and the "My Quiet Time" devotional series, has attracted more than 500,000 young people to his conferences and workshops nationwide. Eubanks, a popular praise and worship leader, builds upon his 19-year ministry at Crestmont Baptist Church by leading conferences and workshops across the country.
"Billy Beacham knows the needs of college students and young people, and he takes a practical approach to the Christian life," John Adams, Union's vice president for campus ministries and church services, said. "Combined with the musical talents of Rick Eubanks, his messages will challenge and inspire anyone who attends."
Morning services will take place at 10 a.m., except Thursday, Sept. 26, when worship begins at 9:25 a.m. Evening services will be held Monday-Thursday at 7 p.m. The public is invited to all services.
