Credit is not always a bad thing. However, it is EXTREMELY easy to abuse. You must remember that when you use credit, you are PAYING to use SOMEONE ELSE's money. When payments are due, you must pay back what you borrow plus a finance charge.
Before buying something on credit, ask yourself these questions: 1) Do I really need it? Is there something else I want even more? 2) Is it worth the extra cost? 3) Can I pay back the money? 4) Is this the best time to buy? 5) What other bills do I have to pay? Don't let CREDIT control you...use credit responsibly so YOU are always in control. |
