Fabulous Fifties Reunion

Receiving the 1997 National Alumni Association awards are Dr. Herbert Higdon, '50, Distinguished Service Award, Tamara Trexler Robinson, '84, Outstanding Young Achiever, Mary Atwood Ceparullo, '67, Distinguished Alumni Award, and Dr. Carla Daster Sanderson, '81, Distinguished Faculty/Staff Award.

Dr. June B. White, former chair of the chemistry and physics department, addressed alumni during the sciences reunion dinner. The highlight of the evening was the announcement of the June B. White Chemistry Scholarship fund which will benefit exceptional junior or senior chemistry majors.
