 Duties DURING your shift:  


Logging onto the network gives students access to their own personal storage space on the campus file server.

Leaving a computer logged on invites trouble!

Log off anyone who may have forgotten to do so.

On Windows computers:

bullet Go to Start, then select Log Off S######. Doing this will close all programs.
bulletThe Novell client logon box will appear.

On Mac computers:

bulletClose any open programs. Look at Application menu on right end of menu bar.
bulletIf tree at top right of window is green, then click it.
bulletSelect Log Off Completely.
bulletThe tree will appear gray and leafless.
