For registration, please fill out the items below. Items followed by a * are required. If you are registering for events which require a ticket, you will be taken to an additional page to complete payment and registration.

Events and Meals

Please enter the number of people attending each event. Events are listed a la carte so you may choose what works best for your family. Please use this form for registering for Family Weekend even if you do not plan to attend any of these events. If your total is $0 at the bottom, you will not be presented with any payment options.

	Lunch in the Cafeteria If your Union student wishes to eat with you for lunch, they must bring their Dawg Tag. Students have the option of taking guests on their card (This does not apply to the Lex). Discuss the option of using your student's block plan for your meals. Check only if not using student's block meal plan.

	Make-A-Wish Cookout (6-8pm) We will kick off the weekend with an outdoor cookout, music, and fun! Join us for a great evening, and support the Make-A-Wish Foundation as well. The ladies of Chi-Omega and the Aramark staff sponsor this event.
		$8.00 per person (over 5) Don’t forget to include your Union student in your count.
		FREE per child (under 5)
	Movie on the Lawn (8-10pm) Following the cookout, enjoy our traditional Movie on the Lawn in Grace Quad. Always a favorite among our students, this event involves a giant movie screen, a new release, and theater snacks. Sponsored by Undergraduate Admissions and the Student Activities Council. *Please bring lawn chairs and blankets.
	Sibling Sleepover Siblings may stay overnight in their brother or sister's room. Siblings of the opposite gender may stay if 7 or younger. Please inform roommates if a sibling is staying overnight. Please include the name and age of each sibling staying.

	President’s Brunch (10am) Students will not be able to use their meal plan for this event.

	Intramural Games After the President's Brunch, join us for intramural games. Games will be held at West Jackson Baptist Church, which is located at the corner of Oil Well and Pleasant Plains Rd. Lawn chairs recommended.
	All-Sing (7pm) All Sing is a musical competition open to all organizations on campus. It features small and large acts, and each group is judged on several categories, including musicality and creativity. Sponsored by Sigma Alpha Iota. *All Sing tickets were only available online until September 16 at noon. After this date, they must be purchased on campus by your student.

	Sunday morning is a great opportunity to worship with your student at the church he or she attends. We hope you are able to stay for the morning and join them at their new church home.
Family Weekend T-shirt ($10 per shirt) The deadline to order Family Weekend t-shirts was Friday, September 16, 2011 at 4:30pm. However, we have a limited number of shirts still available. If you would like a shirt, please email reslife@uu.edu or you can purchase shirts during Family Weekend.

Payment Information

After submitting this registraiton page, you will be given the option to pay by credit card or e-check (ACH) if you chose any items that require payment. Your registration for events and t-shirts will not be complete until you have made payment through the website.

Family Weekend registration can also be secured by mailing the above information with a check to the address below.

No refunds will be issued after September 23.
