Union's commitment to being Christ-centered can be seen in more than just our chapel services. This summer eight of our pharmacy students and Dr. Blake Watkins, chair and professor of pharmaceutical sciences, conducted research for the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative. This organization partners with universities to address urgent and unmet medical needs to underserved regions of the world. This opportunity provides our students with vital hands-on experiences that could have real-world, life-saving applications. Photo by Karley Hathcock

The Welcome Fest is a crowd favorite every year during Welcome Week. Incoming freshman and transfer students have the opportunity to hang out, play games, and even ride a mechanical bull at the event that is sponsored by Student Activities Council. Photo by Karley Hathcock

This year at the 27th annual Scholarship Banquet we were treated to an acoustic set from Christian recording artist Steven Curtis Chapman. The night also included a celebration of the 10-year anniversary of Union's EDGE Program. Photo by Karley Hathcock
