Union’s Delta-Psi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society held its annual T-shirt Spirit Day on March 11, 2019. Chapter members wore custom-designed red or blue Phi Alpha Theta T-shirts to advertise the chapter’s presence on campus, to show support for the national organization, and to fortify the chapter’s esprit de corps. T-shirt-wearing members gathered in the chapel foyer during the morning for a group photo session.
The national organization, which began on the campus of the University of Arkansas in 1921, will celebrate its 98th anniversary on March 17. More than 350,000 people have joined the society since its inception.
