Students with a background in sociology pursue careers in a variety of areas including seminary, law, faith based institutions, nonprofit organizations, business, higher education, government, advocacy, criminal justice, and research. Other positions include human services, case management departments, administration and planning, probation and corrections, community organizing, policy development, research, and academics.
