Campus Master Plan - Phase One Progression

	Phase one of the plan will include a new academic building west of White Hall.
	Another key component to phase one will be a new chapel on the eastern edge of campus that will anchor the Great Lawn and will be a highly visible representation along Highway 45 Bypass of Union's Christ-centered mission.
	The first phase also includes a welcome center at the entrance on Pleasant Plains Drive that will house the office of undergraduate admissions. This will be the first stop for prospective students visiting campus and will allow Union to showcase the beautiful Great Lawn at the beginning of campus tours.

In addition, phase one will include entry monuments similar to Miller Tower (although smaller in scale) at key locations to identify the extent of campus, ornamental fencing to define the campus edge, reconfigured parking, and other aesthetic improvements.
