Lead Your Team and Your Company
The Leadership area of study will prepare you to enhance or develop your career in management and leadership positions in your company. You will be prepared to manage people, teams and organizations, all while learning these skills in context of a Christian environment. A special emphasis is placed on Ethics and Social Issues in Management. Courses include Ethics, Executive Leadership, Business Law and Organizational Behavior. Students are provided with the tools they will need to be successful, ethical leaders.
