The Leader as a Relationship Builder

June 1–25, 2026
This course provides students with an overview of motivation theories and empowers them to build relationships with their co-workers. You will learn how to lead teams in a volatile environment, advancing diversity, communicating effectively, modeling integrity, and coping with power in your organizations.
Module 3
Leadership and Creating Change
(1 credit hour)
June 29 – July 23, 2026
This course offers students an overview of what it means to create a vision and strategic direction. You will learn how to shape organizational culture, construct organizational values, and lead change. At the completion of the course, you will be equipped to create your own personal leadership vision.
